Payment
All our orders need to be payed online through our website.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (AMEX) and PayPal.
Once you checkout and pay, a confirmation email will be send to your email address!
Products
Our website shows all the product availability in real time. If you don't see them there, it means that they are out of stock or we will not bring them anymore. We will notify any product restock by email to our subscribers and also through our socials!
Returns
We only receive returns if a product arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent. To return an item, please send an email to sales@chatica.co attaching the following:
-Invoice
-Picture of the product
-Indicate if you would like a refund or a product exchange
Once we process your query, our team will make a decision based on the evidence you send!
Shipping
- For orders inside London, delivery takes up to 1-3 days 💪
- For orders outside London, delivery takes up to 1-2 days if the order and delivery cost is placed and payed before 11:30 am.
